You can withdraw crypto or fiat from your Cryptal wallet. To withdraw funds, go to the Wallet menu and choose the desired wallet from the crypto and fiat wallets in the section on the left. Then, click Withdrawal in the section on the right. If you’re withdrawing from a crypto wallet, you will be asked to indicate your destination address and amount of coins or tokens. Enter the requested details and click Withdraw. To complete the withdrawal, enter in a 2FA code from your Google Authenticator or other TOTP app. Using a 2FA app is mandatory for all withdrawals.  Your updated balance will be reflected in your wallet after the required number of Blockchain confirmations.

 

For verified users, if you want to withdraw fiat money, choose the relevant wallet (GEL, USD, EUR) from the section on the left. Provide your bank account information for a wire transfer and indicate the amount. Local transfers will be reflected within 1 business day, while international transfers may take up to 3 days. 

 

If you have a Georgian-issued Visa or Mastercard, you can also withdraw GEL directly to your bank card. Add the card to your managed cards list, and then select it from the drop-down. Use TBC as the payment service provider only for TBC cards. Use Bank of Georgia for all others.
